Why Andheri West?
Andheri West is a natural fit for the Roshans. The neighbourhood is a busy entertainment hub that houses production houses, media studios and creative agencies — all businesses that complement Rakesh and Hrithik’s film legacy. Excellent road and public transport links, including the Western Express Highway, Link Road, metro and railway networks, keep the area in high demand among celebrities and corporates.
HRX Digitech and the Roshans’ vision
Rakesh Roshan, known for hits like Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai and the Krrish films, and Hrithik Roshan, a leading actor with films such as Jodhaa Akbar and War, run HRX Digitech LLP as a media-tech and investment vehicle. These acquisitions underline their push to diversify into commercial real estate and high-value assets while staying connected to Mumbai’s entertainment ecosystem.
The latest purchases add to the family’s growing footprint in prime Mumbai commercial real estate, reinforcing their business presence beyond the screen.
